The annual call totals are tabulated, and BuySelf Realty answered 97.1% of callers with a live person in 2010. BuySelf Realty is the flat fee broker who answers their phone, unlike others who force everyone to use voicemail. BuySelf Realty again exceeded our goal of answering 95% of calls with a live person for April, May, and June of 2010. 96.7% of calls were answered, less than one in twenty went to voicemail.

Cambridge Multiple Listing Service now available-Guernsey & Noble County

The Cambridge Multiple Listing Service has merged with NEOHREX MLS, so Brokers and Agents in Guernsey County and Noble County all use NEOHREX to input their listings and search listings for their buyers. The Cambridge Board of REALTORS elected to join the larger MLS, which now enables flat fee sellers in the greater Cambridge area of Ohio to get a flat fee MLS listing.
